The Alumni for free speech is claiming that free speech is being sacrificed in favour of EDI.  They have published the findings of numerous freedom of information requests made to top universities which shows that there are many EDI officers and only a very few Freedom of Speech staff, suggesting that EDI is a counter agency to freedom of speech.
